Since the property company Centria bought the building where The Factory is located in 2015, big plans were developed for the area. Several players are involved and intend to transform what is today a dormant commercial and industrial area into an exciting and vibrant zone with a mix of housing, commercial premises, offices and a hotel. The fact that Häggvik station, the E4 road and the upcoming Förbifart Stockholm are nearby makes the project even more attractive.

ALM Equity is responsible for the Häggvik Södra project and has plans for approximately 1,500 residences divided into ten stages within its neighborhood.
